The GOED Wage Study has been updated with 2013 data!
In April 2012 at the GOED Conference we introduced you to the Wage Study – an effort to look at, not just wages, but purchasing power by state.
The wage study calculates gross pay for every occupation in South Dakota and adjusts gross pay for taxes and cost of living.
The results? South Dakotans’ purchasing power exceeds the national average. Want to see for yourself? There are a couple methods you can use to access the wage study:
- Annual Publications are available for data from 2010 through 2013. An executive summary is also available.
- Wage Study Database enables you to search for occupations in multiple states and compare gross pay, take home pay, and purchasing power.
